2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Our services are billed on a subscription basis through Stripe.
• A 7-day free trial is offered for the Starter plan; billing begins automatically after the trial unless canceled.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. Call Handling & Summaries

• By using our service, you consent to Annie answering, recording, and summarizing calls on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding call recording and consent in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and technology related to HeyAnnie.ai remain our exclusive property.
• You may not copy, modify, or resell our services without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• HeyAnnie.ai provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
